Steps to Log a Ticket in Zendesk
Step 1: Open Zendesk
Go to the Zendesk Support Portal: Zendesk
Click Submit a request or sign in
Step 2: Sign In
- Enter your company email address
- Input your password
- Click Sign In
Step 3: Create a New Ticket
- Click Submit a Request or New Ticket
- Select the appropriate request form/category
