- Open OneDrive in your browser and sign in.
- Click Upload → Files (or Folder if you have many).
- Select the file or folder → click Share.
- In the Share panel, click Link settings (gear/pencil icon).
- Set to Anyone → enable Set password → (Optional) set Expiration date or Password→ click Apply.
- Click Copy link (or Send to email).
- Send the password to recipients separately (SMS, phone call, or secure chat).
- Recipient opens the link and enters the password to access/download.
