Check Media Bridge Connection

Make sure that you are connected to the right media bridge

• Right-click the Core Practice Icon on your desktop.

• Select Core Practice Media Bridge.

• Verify the Media Bridge name to ensure you're using the correct connection.

Use Import Media (If Media Bridge Isn’t Working)

If the Media Bridge is not functioning correctly, you can use an alternative method to import media.

• • On the left side of your screen, click the Import Media option.

  • Follow the prompts to manually import media files.
