Milling machine block scanner not working
Note: You can skip scanning and manually input the hexadecimal code using the on-screen keyboard on the mill to complete the restoration. Troubleshooting can be done after the patient's crown is finished.
Follow below Steps:
Power Reset:
- Turn the CEREC machine off and then back on to reset the system.
Room Brightness:
- If the room is too bright, it may cause scanning issues. Try covering the top of the camera and scanner to reduce light interference.
Camera Lens Cleaning:
- Clean the camera lens with glass cleaner and a microfiber cloth for a clearer scan.
