Troubleshooting steps when the import media option for the intraoral camera shows the error 'Browser is not allowing access'
- In the browser, click the three dots in the top-right corner of the screen.
- Navigate to the settings

- Type 'Camera' in the search bar and click on the 'Core Practice' option.

- Under 'All Sites' (https://oralcare.corepractice.is/), navigate to 'Reset Permissions' and select 'Reset'.

- Take a photo using 'Import Media' and click 'Allow'. This will grant Core Practice access to your camera.
