Troubleshooting
- Perform a hard reload of the browser in the google Chrome
- On the google chrome, navigate on the three dots click on More Tools, then Developer tools
- Right click on the Refresh Button, then Empty Cache and Hard Reload, it will only take few seconds to reload your browser cache, and you may close the developer tools window once done
- Reload your browser cache on Google Chrome
- In the browser, click on the three dots, then More Tools and then Developer tools.
- Click network and select the disable cache option (just underneath “Network”
- Go back to your Core Practice page, hold down CRTL and press F5 on a Windows PC. You may notice the page reloading at this point. You are now able to close the “Developer Tools” Window
