NCD is not powering the NBN's DPU Port

• The physical connectivity between the NCD and router is as below

Please note that the NBN cable from the telephone socket must be connected to the 'Wall Socket' port of the NCD and the 'Gateway' port of NCD must be connected to the router WAN port.
