- Power Cycle the NBN NTD
- Unplug the power cord from the GPO end
- Wait for about a minute and then plug the power cord back
- After power cycling the NTD, please check the internet performance
- If there is slowness, then please run a speedtest by connecting a laptop directly to handoff port and share the result
