No Connection to the AcquisitionServer
Error Message: No Connection to the AcquisitionServer could be established.
Follow below Steps:
Close Sidexis.
- Ensure it's not running in the background (check Task Manager if needed)
Open Services:
- On the search box type services.msc
- Click 'Run as Administrator'
Find Sirona AcquisitionServer:
- Locate Sirona AcquisitionServer
Restart the Service:
- Right Click Sirona AcquisitionServer select "Stop"
- Right Click again and choose "Properties"
Set Startup Type:
- In the Properties window, set Startup type: to Automatic (not "Manual" or "Disabled").
- Hit "Apply" and then "OK"
Restart Sidexis:
- Close the Services window and relaunch Sidexis.
