TV No Display
Check Power Supply:
- Ensure the TV is plugged in properly and the power cable is securely connected.
- Check if the HDMI cable is properly plugged in
- Check the digital display is plugged in and is turned on ( Check if Green light)
Check the Remote:

- Make sure the remote is working. Try turning on the TV using the power button on the TV itself to rule out remote problems.
- If the remote isn’t working, replace the batteries and ensure there are no obstructions between the remote and the TV's sensor.
Change the TV source
- Try changing the TV input to HDMI 1 or HDMI 2
If the remote, digital display, and TV are functioning but there's no content on the screen, please submit a ticket to our Internal IT team to escalate the issue to the appropriate department.
