Vista Scan connection issue

Issue: VistaScan doesn't automatically connect  during the first X-Ray.

• Open Vistasoft application on your computer

• Enter or search for the IP Address.

• Green icon means that the scanner is connected. then click 'OK'

• Select '001 initial commissioning'

• Click on 'Setting' and 'Network Setting' and 'DHCP' should be off then 'Saved changes'.
